Get in Touch
We're a small team and we read every message. Whether it's a bug report, a feature idea, or just a hello — we'd love to hear from you.
Response time: We typically reply within 1–3 business days. We're a small independent project, so we appreciate your patience — we do get back to everyone.

Click the button below to reveal our contact email address. We use a shared inbox for all FairPick enquiries — whether you have a question about the tools, spotted a bug, or want to give feedback.
What to include in your message.
🐛 Reporting a bug
Tell us which tool you were using, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. A screenshot helps a lot. Mention your browser and device if you can.
💡 Feature request
Describe the problem you're trying to solve, not just the solution. What were you trying to do when you realised something was missing?
🤝 Partnerships or press
We're open to hearing from educators, community organisers, and media. Tell us a bit about who you are and what you have in mind.
⚖️ Legal or privacy
For any data, copyright, or legal questions, please include the specific concern and any relevant details. We take these seriously and respond promptly.
Before you reach out.
Do you offer a paid or premium version?
No. FairPick is completely free and we have no plans to introduce a paid tier. Every tool, every feature, available to everyone forever. We keep the lights on with non-intrusive advertising through Google AdSense.
Can I use FairPick for commercial giveaways?
Absolutely. Many businesses and creators use FairPick to run giveaways publicly. There are no restrictions on commercial use. Screen-record the pick for transparency with your audience.
Is there an API or embeddable version?
Not currently. The tools run entirely in the browser, and there's no server-side API. If this is something you'd like, send us a note — it helps us understand demand.
My school or organisation blocks the site — can you help?
Unfortunately we can't directly influence network filtering policies. We'd suggest contacting your IT department and asking them to whitelist fairpick.app — the site contains no harmful content and is widely used in educational settings.
How do I report a technical issue with an ad?
We use Google AdSense for advertising and have limited control over individual ad creatives. If you see an ad that seems inappropriate or harmful, you can report it directly through Google's ad reporting mechanism (click the "X" or "i" icon on the ad itself).
